We are an authorized distributor for Wester's custom PCM tuning and programming services (Dealer #TX004).

Terms and Conditions

Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Please contact us directly at sales@exatorq.com or click here for alternative payment arrangements.

Some orders subject to charge authorizations (currently, 1996-2002 GM PCMs ($150) and 2003-up GM PCMs ($300)). Core charges will be assessed if core not returned within 30 days. Rebates are processed 30 days after delivery. "Group buy" discounts are applied at the time of sale.

Shipping

We strive to ship your orders within one business day, subject to core availability.

There are no additional shipping or handling fees for shipments within the U.S. We generally ship FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. For international orders or special shipping arrangements, please contact us for shipping costs.

Sales Tax

No Texas state sales tax is charged for custom programming services. All other products sent to Texas addresses are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Out-of-state sales/use taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Customer Service and Return Policy

Lifetime upgrade policy:
  • Upgrade/retune using the original PCM from us or completed on the vehicle: $25
  • Upgrade/retune using a PCM not from your vehicle: $45
  • Retune in conjunction with the lifetime credit policy: $45

Lifetime credit policy: Apply the purchase price of your old PCM to a new PCM, subject to return of the old PCM for verification. Customer is responsible for the difference in cost between the two tune as well as a retuning fee of $45. Please contact us prior to selling your vehicle so we can return your vehicle to stock condition.
