Since all of our tunes are customized to your specific vehicle and requirements, we need some detailed information about your vehicle and tuning preferences. Since we are custom tuning specialists for both "daily drivers" and highly-modified vehicles, we offer two different tune order sheets:
- For stock vehicles, or vehicles with aftermarket intake/exhaust and other "bolt-on" performance modifications, please download this form.
- For vehicles with extensive modifications (cams, superchargers, long-tube headers, etc.), please download this form.

Please fill out the tune sheet completely. If shipping your computer to us, please include your
signed tune sheet with your computer. For computer swaps, you can fax your
signed form to us at 206.309.7491. Orders with unsigned tune sheets
will not be filled, so please be sure to read and sign.
If you do not feel comfortable including your credit card information with your order, please leave this information blank when you fax your tune sheet and follow up with a phone call with your credit card information. We also accept PayPal (
sales@exatorq.com).
